As distinctive in scent as is its Mountain top location, this already food-worthy bottling is likely 18 months from its drinking peak. The nose is a harmony of contrasts: at once fiercely mineral and perked by fresh lime and orange zest notes, its aromas are centered on fresh apple fruit kissed by a hint of parsley. These elements are slightly more youthfully reserved on the mid-palate, where the texture is already tongue-coating, although a bit of airing is useful to fully bring forth the flavors.
